Flow/Scrum Master

About Vandebron

Vandebron is a challenger within the Dutch energy market, committed to radical transparency and sustainability. We empower consumers to choose their energy sources and know exactly where their money goes. As pioneers in the industry, we develop smart energy applications like 100% green and smart charging solutions. Our mission is crystal clear: make 100% sustainable energy available 100% of the time, as quickly as possible.

The Team

You will join our Tech department, which is responsible for developing all digital products for our customers and energy producers. You'll work alongside a few other Flow Masters, each supporting two development teams. As a Flow Master, you will closely collaborate with Staff Engineers and the Manager Engineering to coach teams and their engineers to reach their full potential.

Why 'Flow Master' Instead of 'Scrum Master'?

Agility is key to Vandebron's evolution. We strive to achieve a “state of flow” meaning constant value delivery while doing what we enjoy with focus. This requires the right mindset, behavior, approach, and support. While Scrum is a valuable framework, we seek greater flexibility to optimise for flow and agility. That's why we chose the title "Flow Master," emphasizing our goal to improve flow rather than strictly adhere to Scrum methodologies.
