As a Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Team, you are the key to finding the best candidates at the right time. You will work closely with hiring managers and actively contribute to our Inclusion & Diversity goals. With your creativity, market knowledge and data-driven approach, you will provide the best recruitment strategies and take care of the recruitment process from a to z.

At Van Lanschot Kempen, recruitment goes beyond just filling vacancies. You take the lead in various HR projects, such as internal throughflow, referral programs, the candidate journey, optimization of our ATS and recruitment analytics. Together with your recruitment colleagues and other specialists you work on innovative solutions.

In addition, you will have the following tasks:

  • maintaining strong relationships with internal- and external stakeholders as well as candidates.
  • ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process.
  • adding value to the entire recruitment chain (system, marketing, process, etc.).
  • building talentpools for specific target groups.
  • proactively grasping opportunities that you see to continuously improve our way of working.

Talents that you use to guide our clients through a constantly changing world every day. By thinking further and asking questions. Adding to this it would be beneficial if you are also able to stand your ground and dare to think and act differently.

In addition, you have/are:

  • a customer and candidate focused approach and you are able to think ahead and challenge.
  • communicatively strong and energized by networking and building sustainable relationships. 
  • a strong organizational ability with an eye for detail.
  • you are data-driven and embrace technology.
  • excellent project management skills.
  • willingness to learn and continuously improve yourself.
  • good command of the English language, both oral and written.

You will join a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team of 13 people, consisting of recruiters, campus recruiters and employer branding specialists. The team reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Together with the wider HR team you will work to attract and retain the best talent.
